Dear fellow netizens,
I'm saying goodbye!
It's time to wake up and see the sunlight.
Internet addiction is real and has real consequences.
My mind was lost to the endless webpages and apps while my body was trapped in bed on and off for years. Illness of body and mind is nothing to be proud of. Being sick IS NOT AN IDENTITY.
I never wanted to succumb to this, so I'm unplugging.
I won my physical battles and now it is time to fight the psychological battles, without the delusions and distractions.
